The Site makes available information relating to Villa and stay owned or managed by ABC hospitality, and operated by The Company constituted under the laws of India, and its subsidiaries, controlled entities, affiliates and related parties ("ABC HOSPITALITY").

 

Trademarks

The Site contains “The Amger” trade and service marks and devices (including the word “The Amger”) and other valuable trade or service marks owned by ABC HOSPITALITY or licensed to ABC HOSPITALITY to distinguish its services and products. These trade and service marks and related intellectual property are protected from copying and simulation under national and international laws and may not be reproduced or copied without the express prior written consent of ABC HOSPITALITY.

 

Without limitation, you must not use any of the said trade or service marks: in connection with activities, products or services which are not undertaken or provided by ABC HOSPITALITY;

- in or as the whole or part of your own trademarks;

-in a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive; or in a manner that disparages ABC HOSPITALITY or its information, products or services (including this Site).

- if the breach relates to services, the supply of the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again; and

- if the breach relates to products and the products can be repaired, repair of such products or payment of the costs of having the products repaired, but otherwise, replacement of the products or the supply of equivalent products or payment of the cost of replacing the products or of acquiring equivalent products.

Villa Reservations

 

The reservations feature of the Site is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel related services and products and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose.

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such Conditions.

 

You agree to be financially responsible for your use of the Site including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorised by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all moneys due under such terms or conditions.

The Site contains details of villa charges and room rates (including any available special offers) for the villa owned and managed by ABC HOSPITALITY. Villa reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the Site and payment will be in accordance with the

procedure set out in such terms and conditions.

No contract will subsist between you and ABC HOSPITALITY or any of its affiliates in respect of any services or products offered through the Site unless and until ABC HOSPITALITY accepts your order by e-mail or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it

has accepted your reservation, booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed toincorporate the Villa reservation terms and conditions of booking. Any other relevant terms and conditions relating to particular services or

 

You undertake that all details you provide to in connection with any services or products which may be offered by ABC HOSPITALITY on the Site (including room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which you use is your own and that there are

sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. ABC HOSPITALITY reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services or products.

Security and Non Confidentiality

Termination of Access

If you breach any of these Conditions your license to use the Site will terminate immediately without the necessity of any notice being given to you.

 

Otherwise access to the Site may be terminated at any time by ABC HOSPITALITY without notice.

 

The provisions of these Conditions excluding, limiting and disclaiming the liability of ABC

HOSPITALITY will nevertheless survive any such termination.

ABC HOSPITALITY does not accept any liability for any failure by ABC HOSPITALITY to comply with these Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

 

If ABC HOSPITALITY waives any rights available to it under these Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

 

If any of these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.

You are completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Conditions are governed by the laws in force in India and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

​

At The AMGER, the comfort, health and safety of our guests and employees are always our primary concern. We want to reassure you that we have enhanced our practices around food handling, sanitisation, disinfection and cleaning. Simply put, our refreshed service standards cover every aspect of the villa and ensure the highest level of safety. Here are all the details:

 

TEAM:

​

 All our team members are vaccinated. 

• Protective masks and disposable gloves are being worn by all team members at all times and changed frequently. Housekeeping staff use fresh gloves for every room they service.

• Most of our team members have accommodation within the property, in order to limit external exposure from the community.

• Our team has been trained to follow strict disinfection guidelines and uses ISO 13485:2016, GMP, SITRA and CE certified nitrile gloves, shoe covers, protective masks, biohazard bags, head caps and safety glasses.

 

SANITISATION:

• Diversey Virex II 256, a high level hospital grade disinfectant, is used across our hotel to disinfect all surfaces. This disinfectant covers large spaces as well when distributed via a cold fogger.

• All supplies and materials are cleaned and sanitised before being admitted into the villa premises, using Diversey CLAX® HYPO, a rinse additive for hygiene and Diversey Oxivir® Five 16 concentrate, a disinfectant effective against key pathogens. Food items are further cleaned using Diversey Suma Tabs, a disinfectant with improved hygiene security which is effective against a wide spectrum of microorganisms in all water conditioning.

 

HOUSEKEEPING:

​

• Our cars are disinfected with Diversey Virex II 256 after every use.

• All guest luggage is cold fogged and disinfected using Diversey Virex II 256 before it enters the villa.

• Repeated cleaning practices are also in place in guest rooms during the morning housekeeping service and also at turndown in the evening using Diversey Virex II 256, a hospital grade disinfectant.

 

SPACE:

• All of our villa spaces are individually air-conditioned and offer outdoor dining and relaxation areas which can be used privately by guests.

• Private outdoor dining spaces can be reserved on request, for the duration of your stay.

• Repeated cleaning and sanitisation of all touch points in public areas like door handles, counter tops, table tops, railings, etc. is done using Diversey Oxivir® Tb wipes which are hospital grade pre-wetted wipes, effective against key pathogens.

• Increased access to 80% ethyl alcohol-based hand sanitisers at multiple locations, including hotel entrances, team areas, kitchens and cloakrooms. Diversey Soft care Des E Extra, suitable for application in healthcare and food processing, is being used.
