Amger, a 130-year old restored Goan-Portuguese Villa situated in the quaint village of Parra. The super luxury 4 BHK villa with a private pool lies on a half-an-acre of land overlooking paddy fields. This villa that is available to rent is 5,500 sq. ft. and stands proud and tall amidst a sprawling lush, tropical landscape. With its’ huge arched windows and doors, Juliet balconies, a grand balcao and varandah, and the original Mangalore tile-and-wood roof; Amger carries you into a different world.
Goa – the original Indian hotspot for parties and nightlife has seen itself evolve into a destination offering culture, music and culinary experiences to even the most decerning of travellers.
Amger has been restored and redesigned with a strong team consisting of Architect Supriya Gandhi and Restoration Expert Nachinolkar Ketak, from ‘The Workshop Architects’, and Designers & founde Arun Lalwani and Alok Lalwani. The experts had a clear vision from the start - to maintain the old world charm the space exudes, while still being in sync with a modern lifestyle.
